Rachel presides over all meetings of all directors, oversees and approves the foundation’s strategies, reviews results/reports, and sets the direction of the organization’s engagement. She seeks partnerships with other organizations to further the organization’s vision of creating communities in which everyone has the same ability to thrive, and together with the board of directors, she is responsible for the fund-raising efforts for Lulu-Afrika as it carries out its operations and expands across East Africa.
Rachel has participated in various community service and charity events in Kenya and in the US over the last 20 years and currently volunteers at an organization that shelters girls and women fleeing from FGM in Mara region, Tanzania.
With a strong background in content strategy, community building, and data-driven marketing, she crafts compelling narratives that foster authentic connections and drive measurable growth.
